| First moodboard. |

| Second moodboard - when asked to rearrange the images, I chose to try and follow a more gradual change in colour scheme from left to right. |
 |
| The left part of my second moodboard seemed most relevant and powerful. |
When I ended up with the word 'provide' as a starting point, I found this task initially challenging and daunting, feeling anxious and confused about where to start. I began looking for synonyms and antonyms, which led me to follow the word 'desire' instead; the act of wanting rather than giving. Words like 'lust', 'crave', and 'idealise' seemed to stand out to me, and I began to feel inspired and gained a better idea of where to go. When looking for images and words to use in my moodboard, I looked for emotion is model's faces; looks of desire, desperation and wishing; and words or quotes to match, e.g. 'Non-stop distrcation' and 'One day... I'll be a beautiful woman.' Thus, my moodboard began to take a darker undertone. I also looked for excessive features, e.g. big facial features or accessories, or bold colours, and so on, as I felt that this mirrored the idea of desire and wanting luxuries. Much of the material I found was black and white - I feel that this communicated emotion quite well. The colour images I used were bright, and used strong colours like red, which symbolises feelings like passion. Either of these colour schemes seem potential ideas for my moodboard.
I now feel that I have a clearer path to follow and feel less worried. However, I am wondering how I will translate my ideas into the photos I take?
