I decided to use a dark red hat as my 'one colour' to set the image off as I thought it went well with my model's skin tone and hair. I used a grey background with lighting above and slightly to the right of my model because I really liked the creation of shade and a moody atmosphere. I liked the composition when she had her hands in shot.
For my black and white shots I wanted to try with and without the hat, as I liked the texture of her hair without the hat on. I used lighting in front of my model this time, slightly to the right, casting a shadow behind her on the white wall.
